Founded in 1990 by Michael Jenkins and his brother Mark, Jenkins Plumbing Company was built on a simple vision: to provide exceptional plumbing services founded on quality workmanship, integrity, and lasting customer relationships. What began as a two-man operation working from their home quickly earned a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and superior service.

Through hard work, determination, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Michael and Mark transformed their small family business into one of the Southeast’s premier residential plumbing contractors. Over the next three decades, Jenkins Plumbing expanded throughout Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, establishing multiple branch locations and building trusted partnerships with many of the nation’s leading homebuilders, including Pulte Homes, D.R. Horton, Lennar, and numerous other respected builders.
As the company continued to grow, so did its people. What started with two brothers and a shared dream evolved into an organization of nearly 200 dedicated associates, each committed to upholding the same values of quality, integrity, safety, and customer service that have defined Jenkins Plumbing since its founding.
Despite its remarkable growth, Jenkins Plumbing has remained a family-driven company at heart. Multiple members of the Jenkins family continue to serve in leadership and operational roles, helping preserve the culture, values, and commitment to excellence that have been the cornerstone of the company’s success for more than 35 years.
A defining milestone in the company’s history came in July 2025, when Jenkins Plumbing became part of Jasper Holdings, Inc. This partnership marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter while preserving the traditions and culture that made Jenkins Plumbing successful. As part of the acquisition, Jenkins Plumbing became a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, giving every eligible associate the opportunity to become an employee-owner and share in the company’s continued success.
Today, Jenkins Plumbing is proudly led by President Britt Jenkins, Michael Jenkins’ son, who continues his family’s legacy by guiding the company with the same principles on which it was founded. Supported by the resources and strategic vision of Jasper Holdings. Jasper is 100% associate owned company (ESOP) and is the 23rd largest ESOP in the United States. Britt and the leadership team remain committed to delivering exceptional plumbing solutions, strengthening long-term relationships with customers and builder partners, investing in the development of employees, and expanding opportunities throughout the Southeast.
