OUR STORY
Jenkins Plumbing Company was founded in 1990 by brothers Mike and Mark Jenkins as a traditional plumbing contractor in Savannah, Georgia. What started as a small crew serving local homebuilders has grown into one of the leading residential plumbing contractors in the Southeast, known for showing up on time, doing the job right, and treating every builder’s schedule like our own.
From day one, our core business has been residential new construction — the plumbing systems behind single-family homes, from the first house in a new subdivision to sprawling custom communities. That focus hasn’t changed in more than 30 years. What has changed is our reach: today Jenkins Plumbing operates branch locations across four states, employs hundreds of associates, and continues to grow alongside the homebuilders we’ve partnered with for decades.

In July 2025, Jenkins Plumbing joined Jasper Holdings, Inc. — the parent company of JASPER Engines & Transmissions and one of the largest and best-performing 100%-employee-owned (ESOP) companies in the country, ranked 23th nationally. Joining the Jasper family didn’t change who we are or how we work — it gave every Jenkins associate a direct ownership stake in the company they help build, and gave us the backing to keep growing across the Southeast for the next 30 years.
